"Bidoun"-Maps

The maps that I draw are illusory; they have never been and will never be. The maps emerged while I was looking through the pictures in my family album. these albums have become part of a memory from the past that I could never go through it again. As the viewer examines the maps the first time, he/she could identify different human body shapes , shapes that stress  the fact that the lines of the map have emerged from the human history that was shaped from victims of human brutality.I drew the maps by stabbing thousands of hair pins in the walls; the hair pins invade the whole space. While this invasion seems to be non controllable, the walls look shivery.
