Palestine Solidarity Campaign Founded in 1982, the Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) is an independent, non-governmental and non-party political organisation that aims to raise awareness of the human rights abuses and other injustices experienced by the Palestinian people. PSC is the largest and most active campaigning organisation in the UK on the issue of Palestine. We are working across all sectors of British society to build an effective mass campaign aimed at achieving justice for Palestine and the Palestinians. The Campaign advocates for Palestinians' civil, political and human rights within international law, for their right to self-determination and the right of return of the refugees. We support the Palestinian people in their struggle to achieve these rights. In 2008, the 60th anniversary year of the Nakba – the dispossession in 1948 of the Palestinian homeland – the Campaign continues to strive to bring about changes in consciousness and in policies, both in Britain and internationally, through education, events, conferences and its nationwide membership and branches. |
